Timothy Eavenson started Current Employment while in law school, as a way of staying up on changes in labor & employment law and as a break from studying.  Now a practicing attorney, Tim uses CE to communicate employment law to lawyers and non-lawyers alike, in a way that makes sense.

Tim is interested in the future of working in America - how the changing workforce is affecting national employment and civil rights policy, HR best practices, the needs of entrepreneurs and freelancers, and the work of labor and employment lawyers.

Currently a law clerk in the Chancery Division of the Cook County Circuit Court, Tim lives in Chicago, Illinois with his wife and son – both of whom are smarter and more attractive than him.
