New FMLA Regs Go Into Effect Today!!

In case you’ve been under a rock (or don’t work in HR, I guess), the DOL’s sweeping new regulations on the FMLA go into effect today, January 16.

And if you’re an employer, remember that the ADA has just changed drmatically, too; don’t forget to buy a new poster.
