The Board has precedent against consolidating units in these circumstances - the FLRA completely ignored it. They think they're immune from judicial interference. It’s both. The FLRA just loves bullying the NLRB around. The Board has precedent against consolidating units in these circumstances – the FLRA completely ignored it. They think they’re immune from judicial interference. This will be a wakeup call for them.
